The problem

Generic calorie apps weren't built for your hormones.

Your body does not ask for the same support every week. Cycle phase, preconception nutrition, and nutrient gaps deserve a calmer tool than another one-size-fits-all tracker.

How it works

Three small steps. A more useful week.

STEP 01

Tell us your phase

Start with where you are today. FertiNutrition adapts your meal plan to menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal needs.

STEP 02

Plan the week

Get dinners, grocery direction, and nutrient nudges without turning every meal into a research project.

STEP 03

Track what matters

Log meals with a photo or search and see how your fertility nutrients are trending across the 90-day baseline.

01

Cycle-aware nutrition

Your phase, on the home screen.

Open the app and see nutrition guidance that matches the cycle day you're in, not a generic daily calorie target.

  • Phase-specific priorities for each day
  • Daily meal ideas grounded in real food
  • Simple signals for what to focus on next

Weekly meal plan

Seven dinners. Zero decisions.

Plan a week that respects your current phase while still feeling like food you would actually cook.

  • Dinner planning for the week ahead
  • Ingredient-forward meals and swaps
  • Less guesswork when energy is low

03

Snap-to-log

Photograph a plate. That's it.

Use photo logging to turn real meals into useful nutrition context, then refine the details when you want to.

  • Photo recognition for faster logging
  • Barcode and food database support
  • Designed for meals, not perfection

FAQ

A few things people ask first.

Have a more specific question about the app, research, or launch timing?

info@fertinutrition.com
Is FertiNutrition out now?

Yes, FertiNutrition is designed for iPhone first. Android is planned and shown as coming soon throughout the site.

Do I need to log everything I eat?

No. The app is designed to be useful with imperfect real life logging, weekly meal planning, and quick photo-based entries.

Is it for women trying to conceive only?

It is built around preconception nutrition, but the phase-aware meal planning can also support anyone who wants nutrition guidance aligned with their cycle.

I have a restrictive diet (vegan, gluten-free, halal). Will it work?

The goal is to make the framework flexible around dietary preferences and restrictions, with swaps that keep nutrient priorities visible.

How is this different from a generic calorie tracker?

FertiNutrition starts with cycle phase and fertility nutrients. Calories can be context, but they are not the story the product is trying to tell.

Is my data private?

Health and cycle data should be handled carefully. The product is designed with privacy in mind and will explain data handling clearly in the app and policies.
